Prior to opening his own insurance agency, Paul was in the financial services running approximately 18 offices.  However, unfortunately, the business closed, and Paul found himself unemployed.

He found The Mathews Agency through a job ad.  Paul applied and came on board with the Mathews on June 11, 2020.  He loved their energy, passion, and drive for success, which matched his own.

 

What really excited him about working with The Mathews Agency was, “ …being able to leave a legacy. My son recently received his insurance license.  For me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing him follow in my footsteps.” 

 

Paul's advice to someone starting in this business is, "You have to be present and take full advantage of the opportunity that is available to us. I could never reinvent the wheel better than what's already been laid out for me".
