Prior to starting their agency, Scott and Donna owned a Medical Transcription Services company, along with several other businesses.

 

What attracted the Forehands to The Mathews Agency, and ultimately to opening their own agency,  was the ability to “steer their own ship.” They had the power to decide where they were going and how fast they were going to get there, rather than continuing to work for somebody else’s dream. Also, they were attracted to the positive culture and the ability to grow as a leader.
